Christina and Tommy’s Paradise Valley wedding is a study in classic beauty; Christina is such an elegant bride, the decor is understated luxury and there’s a touch of fun too. Christina’s shoes are sparkly ballet flats rather than traditional heels, the photographer, Keith Pitts, got a killer shot of the groomsmen, and the groom had a fun reaction to being pronounced husband and wife.
Smartest planning decision: When my mother-in-law said we HAD to have a wedding planner! I sure was glad that I listened to her Lauren from Victoria Canada Weddings and Events made planning a wedding easy and fun!
The Honeymoon: Turtle Island resort, Fiji. There was one rule to the picking of the honeymoon it had to be a place that neither of us had been to and tropical. Turtle Island is the perfect place for a honeymoon because there are only 14 bungalows which means only 14 couples on the island, besides staff. You have to be a couple to stay there which is very romantic. It is all inclusive vacation and the staff and other guests start to feel like family. The meals are served around a table that can fit all the guests, though if you want private time there are two other tables to have your romantic meals, after all, you are on your honeymoon! We can’t wait to go back!
Christina and Tommy, congratulations and thank you for sharing your day with us!
